Pepipost, a Netcore company, is an email delivery service provider that offers Email API & SMTP relay services for developers.

 

Goals

Increase organic traffic to Pepipost.com and gain market share from competitors such as SendGrid, SparkPost and Mailgun.

Approach

The email service provider market is dominated by companies based in the United States. With deep pockets and heavy advertising spends on Google Ads, competitors such as SendGrid, Mailgun and Sparkpost have high levels of awareness in an established market.

 

Our content-centric SEO effort has resulted in doubling organic traffic to Pepipost.com.  We conducted detailed competitor research using SEMRush and discovered that our competitors get mist of their traffic from brand keywords. When it comes to core / service specific keywords, there was a huge opportunity to create content and rank higher on Google.

 

One of our key recommendations was to build content clusters across various verticals including Email SMTP and Email APIs. Along with creating sub-pages, we also recommended a site restructuring and blog optimization to increase organic CTR%.
