Tell us a bit about your current role at WeAddo
I founded this Brand along with my partner with an aim of introducing SMEs and Brand with solutions beyond digital marketing. And these solution are based on Data, AI and ML to act as enabler for our clients in Digital and Omnichannel Marketing. In my current role like other start up I am taking care of more and less everything from day to day operations, strategy and innovation. However, major time me and my partner allocate to prepare internal capability and innovations for our clients.
How does a business get started with Conversion Optimization?
Again back in 2017 December, We were facing challenges in acquiring clients with our new services and solution. Most of the brands and businesses are still in mode of digesting the data, AI and other MarTech Layers. So instead of bagging end to end solution I was thinking what can make us help our clients to increase their revenue without denting their pockets and showcase our capabilities.
One day over sprinting on cycle with this thought I saw a hoarding of Health brand and immediately clicked to my mind that this hoarding is not good placement for this brand and CTA is weak as well doesnʼt have detailing for user to connect. And Bingo , I thought letʼs do the same thing for few our prospects with digital ads and their current digital assets.
We pitched the same diagnosis to 3 clients and all of them awarded us the work. Now itʼs been 2019 we are managing and giving them results up-to 6x.
